The International Lubricant Standardization and Approval Committee (ILSAC) also has standards for motor oil. Their latest standard, GF-4 was approved in 2004. A key test is the Sequence IIIG, which involves running a 3.8 L, GM 3.8 L V-6 at 125 horsepower (93 kW), 3600 rpm, and 150 °C (300 °F) oil temperature for 100 hours. These are much more severe conditions than any API-specified oil was designed for: cars which typically push their oil temperature consistently above 100°C (212°F) are most turbo-charged engines, along with most engines of European or Japanese origin, particularly small capacity, high power output.

API SM - American Petroluem Institute (API) Service/Petrol or Spark Ignition Engine(S) For all automotive engines currently in use. Introduced in 2004, SM oils are designed to provide improved oxidation resistance, better wear protection, and better low-temperature performance over the life of the oil. Some SM oils may also meet the latest ILSAC specification and/or qualify as Energy Conserving

CF - Introduced in 1994. For off-road, indirect-injected and other diesel engines including those using fuel with over 0.5% weight Sulphur. Can be used in place of CD oils.

CD - Introduced in 1955. For certain naturally aspirated and turbocharged engines.

GF-4 Their latest standard, GF-4 was approved in 2004, and applies to SAE 0W-20, 5W-20, 0W-30, 5W-30, and 10W-30 viscosity grade oils

MH Tuner, 1.8 NA Champions again at MUSC Drag Challenge Cyberjaya 2010 Round 3

On the 28th of March 2010, MH Tuner Motorsports Racing Team participated in the 3rd round of the MUSC Cyberjaya Drag Challenge. This time around instead of just sending in the usual NA monsters, the team opted to trial run the Mivec Turbo machine which was jockeyed by Brother Zack. In total the MH Tuner Motorsports Team registered 3 machines to take part in the 1.8 NA category and 1.8 turbo category respectively. The 2 NA machines, KAP and WEM finished with podium finishes ( 1st and 3rd ) while the Mivec turbo managed to perform positively giving chief foreman, Abg Mal the reason to smile for the next round.

Building up and enchancing performance and look on Honda Civic EG6 Chasis.

We start on ripping of everything up to the original paint.. The existing of any attachment to the original body frame were rip off. The the new life/story begins.

After everything were rip off, we rip off the color that attach to the skin of the body..

AAM-KKS Tarmac Rally Round 2

MHtuner entered round 2 AAM-KKS Tarmac Rally. This time the event held near by stadium Shah Alam near the Perodua Show Room in front of Giant Hypermarket. AT this time our machine change a few setting i.e Damper height and exaust piping. Muzambique and Rouf is more comfort with these setting. Mhtuner got 4th Place for overall champion for Driver and Co-driver and 3rd place for class categories.
